Mega Melter - Original
Mega Melter — Original
Fine liner pen and ink on paper — Monolith Collection
Original, one of a kind · Signed by the artist
This is where the line stops behaving.
Mega Melter takes the same disciplined fine liner technique found across the Monolith collection and pushes it to its most ambitious scale. Across the full 18x24 surface, black and white ribbons twist and pool like liquid marble — folding over themselves, splitting, merging, catching light and shadow in a pattern that never repeats and never settles. There is no single focal point. The entire surface moves at once, the way oil moves across water, or smoke curls through still air.
What makes this piece extraordinary is the sheer scale of patience behind it. Every ribbon, every fold, every contour was drawn by hand, line by line, over the course of roughly one month of continuous work. At this size, the density of mark making is staggering — thousands of individual strokes building a single, unbroken visual current that fills the entire page edge to edge.
This is the kind of piece that holds a room. It doesn't sit quietly on a wall — it commands the space around it.
