Refund Policy
All original artwork sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, refunds and exchanges are not offered on originals for any reason other than damage in transit.
If an original arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may offer to repair the piece as an alternative to a refund. Repair is offered at our discretion and isn't possible in every case. If repair isn't an option, or if you'd simply prefer a refund, we'll issue a full refund, no return of the piece required, you're welcome to keep it.
Prints (Printful) may be returned or replaced if damaged or defective, claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, along with photos, and Printful will cover a reprint or refund. ( https://www.printful.com/policies/returns )
Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once work has begun, as they are created specifically for you. The design approval step exists to make sure you're happy with the direction before any ink hits the page.
