Deconstructor - Original
Deconstructor — Original
Fine liner pen and ink on paper — Monolith Collection
Original, one of a kind · Signed by the artist
Some pieces are drawn. This one was designed.
Deconstructor began with a specific vision — a composition bold enough, iconic enough, and balanced enough to anchor an album cover. That intent is visible in every decision. The strong vertical axis. The deliberate contrast between rigid geometric structure at the top and organic dissolution below. The border that frames it like something meant to be reproduced, held, studied.
At the top, precise architectural forms command attention: a fanlike arc in fine parallel linework, a bold crescent of solid black ink marked with circles and triangles, a diamond form emerging from careful stippling. It is structured, symbolic, and intentional.
Then it releases.
From the center, a braided cascade of ribbon-like lines unravels downward — twisting, overlapping, loosening — until it dissolves into a trail of stippled spheres drifting toward the bottom of the page. Structure giving way to entropy. Control surrendering to flow.
The album was never made. The cover art exists as something better — a singular original that carries the full weight of its original ambition on your wall instead.
